1. Course Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

• Access to course materials (videos, assignments, PDFs, live sessions, etc.) is granted only to the registered student.

• Course access duration is clearly mentioned on the course page; extensions may be granted only in special cases upon written request.

• Sharing login credentials or course content with others is strictly prohibited.

2. Fees & Payment

• All fees must be paid in full before the course begins unless otherwise specified.

• Payment can be made through the secure payment gateways listed on our site (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, Netbanking, etc.).

• Nahda School reserves the right to change course pricing at any time without prior notice. However, fees once paid will not be affected by future changes.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• A refund request must be submitted in writing to info@nahdaschool.in within 3 calendar days of enrollment.

• No refunds will be issued after live classes have begun or course materials have been accessed.

• In the case of technical issues or duplicate payments, full refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

• Courses canceled by Nahda School due to unforeseen reasons will be refunded in full.

4. Class Schedule & Attendance

• Class schedules will be shared in advance via email, WhatsApp, or student dashboard.

• Students are expected to attend live sessions on time and regularly.

• Recordings may be provided for missed classes, depending on the course structure.

• Nahda School is not responsible for missed classes due to student absence.

5. Use of Platform & Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect instructors and peers, and avoid disruptive behavior.

• Hate speech, inappropriate language, harassment, or spamming will result in suspension or permanent ban.

• Use of any automated systems or bots to access content is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, PDFs, logos, designs, and branding, are owned by Nahda School.

• Reproduction, distribution, recording, or commercial use of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

• Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal learning use only.

7. Technical Requirements & Support

• Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and necessary software (Zoom, Google Meet, PDF Reader, etc.).

• Nahda School will offer limited technical support via email or WhatsApp for login or platform issues.

8. Certificates & Assessments

• Completion certificates may be issued only after the student has met the required criteria (attendance, assignments, exams).

• CEFR levels (where applicable) are awarded based on performance and participation.

• Nahda School reserves the right to deny certification for non-compliance.

9. Changes to Courses & Terms

• Nahda School may update course content, instructors, timing, or policies to improve quality without prior notice.

• Major changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to provide accurate and effective language instruction, Nahda School does not guarantee specific results or fluency levels.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Privacy Policy

• Student information is kept confidential and used only for administrative and academic purposes.

• We never share personal data with third parties without consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
