Refund and Returns Policy

At Nahda School, we are committed to delivering a high-quality online learning experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where a student may request a refund. Please read the following policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.


1. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are granted only under specific conditions outlined below.

  • By enrolling in a course, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.

  • As our services are digital and educational in nature, we do not offer returns, but only limited refunds under the criteria listed.


2. Eligibility for Refund

A student may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A written request is submitted to info@nahdaschool.in within 3 calendar days of purchase.

  • The course has not yet started, or

  • The student has not accessed more than one lesson/module, and

  • The reason for refund is legitimate (e.g., payment made in error, technical issues, or accidental duplicate enrollment).

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The course has already begun.

  • The student has accessed a substantial portion of the course.

  • Refund requests are made after 3 days of enrollment.

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference after consuming the content.

  • Absence from live classes due to the student’s personal schedule or internet issues.


3. Technical Issues

If a payment is deducted but not reflected on the platform:

  • Contact us immediately with proof of payment (screenshot, transaction ID).

  • We will verify the issue and process either a course enrollment or a full refund within 7 business days.


4. Course Cancellations by Nahda School

If Nahda School cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Students will be offered the option to either:

    • Transfer to another batch or course, or

    • Receive a 100% refund.


5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the process is initiated.


6. No Refund on Offers & Discounted Courses

Courses purchased during sales, bundled offers, trial classes, or with promotional discounts are non-refundable.


7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at info@nahdaschool.in within 3 days of purchase.

  • Include your:

    • Full Name

    • Registered Email

    • Course Name

    • Date of Purchase

    • Reason for Refund Request

    • Payment Transaction ID

Incomplete requests may be delayed or denied.
